References to GOFORIT or “we” refer to GOFORIT SYSTEMS INC. Other capitalized terms used but not defined in this Refund Policy are as defined in our Terms of Service. Please note that by accessing or using our Application, you agree to the terms of our Refunds Policy.
  1. You bought product on AS IS model
  2. The information about the cars is provided by third party companies or individual inspectors and GOFORI is not provide any validation of such info. We are not guarantee that information that you are buying in our application is accurate or full.
  3. For Transporters: If you are monthly subscriber we are providing a free trial period for you to check the application. After trial period, we are charging regular monthly fee.
  4. For Car Buyers: As we are selling the information, we cannot provide any kind of refunds for already provided information.
  5. Refunds will be solely issued if an unsolvable error on GOFORIT side does not allow users to work with application or to use bought information.
GOFORIT is unable to offer a service uptime guarantee. Your access to and use of our Services may be interrupted as a result of malfunction, updating or maintenance of the platform or any other reason within or outside the control of GOFORIT.
